Amy Burkhalter is an executive coach with more than twenty years of experience in leadership and team development, career coaching and performance management coaching. She works with values-driven senior business leaders to expand the positive impact of their leadership, teams and businesses. She helps leaders achieve goals more easily and quickly by coaching them to leverage their strengths and develop customized strategies for themselves and their teams.

Amy’s experiences living among and working with people of many cultures enhances her ability to promote collaboration across differences of personality, culture, religion, and gender. Amy holds a Master’s in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and was trained as a coach through the Coaches Training Institute.  She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Association of Women Business Owners, the International Coaches Federation and the Society for Human Resource Management.
