We start this process by assessing strengths, natural passions, and areas that could benefit from improvement. Then we create personalized development plans and work one-on-one with clients to help them align commitment, competencies, and character; address situational challenges; and capitalize on potential.
This process typically takes two to three months and involves:
- In-depth interviews
- Leadership inventories
- Development planning
- Organizational role negotiation
Ongoing coaching is also offered over the course of a year to address development goals, build new practices, and reinforce new learning.
