Our Process

A remarkable thing happens when individuals and teams are aligned with organizational objectives. The workplace is more conducive to getting work done, people are happier and more productive, and the company as a whole has a greater competitive advantage. 

That’s why our overarching goal in all client engagements is to align people with organizational objectives. We begin our work by meeting with leaders to discuss issues and the goals of the organization. Once we have a solid idea of what’s working, what’s not, and why, we work closely with key managers to address the root cause of problem areas and get things moving in the right direction.

To facilitate our efforts, we use a variety of tools and techniques, including:

  • Assessments
  • Standardized leadership inventories
  • Small group meetings
  • One-on-one interviews
  • Short- and long-term coaching
