Kalli Matsuhashi, M.A., L.P.P., L.P.C.
Kalli Matsuhashi is a licensed psychological practitioner and licensed professional counselor with considerable experience in consulting, coaching, organization design, human resources, and psychotherapy.
Kalli worked for the Hay Group in Tokyo for eight years where she specialized in compensation and reward programs, competency modeling, and project management and implementation. Earlier, she spent three years in the Strategic Change Unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tokyo where she provided organization design, change management, and communications services.
Kalli’s work for both Hay and PricewaterhouseCoopers took her on assignments throughout Asia. She holds a master’s degree in psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Kalli is an active member of the Minnesota Psychological Association, the Family Firm Institute, and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
